🕒 Hours & Ordering

What are your hours of operation?
We're open Tuesday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We're closed on Mondays to allow our bakers time to prepare for the week ahead.
Can I place same-day orders?
Yes! Same-day orders are available before 10:00 AM. After 10 AM, we recommend placing orders for the following day to ensure availability.
Do you take advance orders?
Absolutely! We encourage advance orders, especially for custom cakes and large quantities. You can call us at (555) 123-4567 to place your order.
What time do you start baking each day?
Our bakers start before dawn at 4:00 AM to ensure everything is fresh and ready when we open at 7:00 AM.

Are your ingredients organic and locally sourced?
Yes! We use locally sourced, organic ingredients whenever possible. We believe in supporting local farmers and providing the highest quality products to our customers.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes, we have gluten-free options available including breads, muffins, and select pastries. Please call ahead to ensure availability.
What makes your sourdough special?
Our sourdough is made with a wild yeast starter that's been in our family for three generations, originally brought from Italy by great-grandmother Elena. It's slow-fermented for incredible flavor and texture.
How fresh are your products?
Everything is baked fresh daily from scratch. We never use day-old products - what doesn't sell is donated to local food banks.

How far in advance should I order a custom cake?
We recommend at least one week for custom celebration cakes and 3-4 weeks for wedding cakes. This allows time for consultation, design, and preparation.
Do you offer cake tastings?
Yes! We provide complimentary tastings for custom cake orders. Schedule your tasting when you book your consultation.
Do you provide catering for events?
Absolutely! We cater for weddings, corporate events, and private parties. From intimate gatherings to grand celebrations, we can provide pastries, breads, and stunning cakes.
