Bella's Bakery has been a Portland tradition since 1952. What started as a single oven and a handful of sourdough recipes has grown into the neighborhood's favorite stop for fresh bread, pastries, and celebration cakes — all still made by hand, every day.
We source flour from regional mills, fruit from local farms, and chocolate from small-batch chocolatiers. The recipes haven't changed in seventy years. Neither has the welcome.
